After many years of entrepreneurial enterprises including waste services, private country club and owning two spas, Sandra stepped into the hospitality spotlight when she relocated to Chicago.

At the beginning of 2008 she extended her creativity into the media world combining concierge services and networking to produce Red Carpet Concierge of Chicago.

Sandra is the wife of Chakib Doghmi, together they have seven children and enjoy the value of a family and a professional life.

The Vice President Communication manager is Carolina De athey, she will develop and lead the communication strategies to increase the awareness of Red Carpet Concierge throughout the world.

She will cover all new programming, special events, public relations, marketing and development as part of the management team. She will also devise strategies for general media business and social media outreach.

Carolina will provide creative and innovative ideas for Red Carpet media events, general publicity, press releases and work with press managers, etc.

Simon Bollin is the Red Carpet Sports writer who enjoys keeping fans in touch with their favorite sports and teams. He not only writes about what happens in the game, but the reasons teams succeed or fail.

Besides game coverage, he covers news like transactions and coaching situations in an entertaining and creative fashion.

Kathy O'Leary is our Director of Hospitality. In this role, she will be accountable for promoting and affecting a culture of hospitality at Red Carpet Concierge.

She will be working with the Executive Director and will manage this dynamic community's first impressions and signature services, lead the development and training of associates to enhance the hospitality culture, assist in welcoming new associates and advertisers to Red Carpet Concierge, assist with programming, events and special community requests.

Adel Shaw joined the Red Carpet Concierge as Executive Director of International Affairs. Adels research is broadly concerned with tourism, film, beauty and society. In particular, she has researched on celebritiy travels and their affect on society.

As a Director of International Affairs she is responsible for coordinating several core and optional areas such as Fashion and Film and studying the Jet Set as well as contributing to the level of International relationships.

Adel will be responsible for Red Carpets media relations and public information staff at our Chicago headquarters.

She is owner of her salon and spa at Spoil Me Salon at 3110 North Sheridan in Chicago and is a creative platform artist at many beauty expose events.

Adel will also be coordinating with our public relations and marketing communications departments promoting some of the finest hotels, resorts and lifestyle brands in the world. She will help companies achieve new heights of awareness with the Red Carpet business development efforts.

Adel brings an ability to identify a client’s specific needs, and to both devise and implement a program designed to bring her clients maximum publicity.

Over the years, she has become a respected professional who enjoys excellent relationships with influential businesses in Chicago. Socially aware and committed, she has provided pro bono work to several civic organizations. Adel is known for her aggressive, results-focused orientation, as well as her close working relationships with members of the media, influencers, decision makers and celebrities.

Yana German, Fashion Editor, is in charge of guiding the direction of Red Carpet Concierge Fashion Editorials of clothing, accessories and shoes. She drives her medium's focus through careful selection of written visual pieces that best represent a desired message. Yana will also coordinate photography shoots with desirable models, clothing designers and photographers to create a reputation for their medium.

Yana has a great love of fashion, and possess a sharp sense of personal style. Her personal collection of business designer wear The Yana Collection has been featured at Macy's on State and she has just finished a collaboration with Chicago's Fashion Incubator Program. She has gone through years of working at fashion shows and events, finding opportunities to meet and talk to people of influence. She knows the industry from the bottom up.

Yana will be ushering in new definitions of female beauty. She defines her work as serious business and holds a great deal of social responsibility. Yana will build an influence on the world of style and apparel and help dictated beauty standards inspired by trends. She will support beginning design houses, creating positive buzz that will grow into renown and sales down the line.

Yana is creating opportunites to work with the modeling industry and media to promote issues like healthy eating, voting and breast cancer; there are numerous events and pictorials every year and she will be highlighting many worthy causes. She will use her expertise to improve the lives of others through the constructive use of beauty.

Anthony manages the staff of our well trained, professional Concierges who deliver unparalleled services that comand client loyalty while striving to strictly enforces privacy and confidentiality. He develops and maintains business and community relationships; and creates procedures and training for service skills. Williams provides research and implementation of new services, technology and processes to ensure Red Carpet Concierge's competitive position within the hospitality environment.

He is responsible for promoting teamwork, performance, feedback, recognition, mutual respect and staff satisfaction. He oversees the operational fuctions for a strategic plan and vision for Red Carpet Concierge by updating on all aspects through training of services. He participates and encourages participation within the Concierge community.
